Shared charters require a minimum booking of 2 people per charter. |

There is a no smoking policy on board.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Bookings will not be confirmed until deposit is received and funds have been cleared.
Final payment must be received 2 weeks prior to charter date.
We accept cash, cheque (cleared funds) or EFT bank transfer. Visa or Mastercard facilities coming soon.

Cancellations must be made in writing. If made within 4 weeks of the charter date a full refund will be given, or you may choose to put your deposit towards securing another date. Cancellation within 10 days may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refund will be given if cancellation within 48 hours of the charter date.
Our clients safety is our priority. If Scotty determines that the weather conditions may make your trip unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone a trip. In this event, clients will be offered the option to reschedule, or a full refund of fees paid.
Scotty will contact you the evening prior to your trip to confirm the weather conditions for the trip.

All equipment is supplied, however you are more than welcome to bring your own.

We strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for the duration of your trip.
